Cilantro, hmmm, it smells so good. My cilantro plants survived the winter. I have plenty and they go to bolt quickly than I can consume and give away so I try and cut the mature branches to prolong the life of the plant as it continues to produce younger plants/branches beside the mature branch that I just cut out.
